Karma’s a relaxing thought, but so is therapy.

Start your Healing Era with Sam

You’re ready to stop burying everything under a layer of “I’m fine” just because people have spent years minimizing your feelings.

You’re looking for refreshing support and a grounded, real-talk space where we don’t just fix things, but actually befriend the anger, the grief, and the coping strategies you’ve been told to keep small.

I don't believe in forcing change or rushing insight. Growth happens in it's own time, often quietly, and often in moments you don't expect. There are setbacks, pauses, and chapters you didn't plan on - but that doesn't mean you're doing it wrong. It means you're human.

You’re ready to trust your intuition again, even when your group chat says otherwise, and move at a pace that is finally, honestly, yours.

It’s me, hi—I’m your therapist, it’s me.

It's me, Sam. Based on Long Island and powered by unapologetic black cat energy. I'm here for the deep work, the dark humor and the quiet courage it takes to grow. Together, we'll explore how past experiences show up in the present, gently challenge what no longer serves you, and celebrate every win - even the small ones. We can sit with the heavy stuff, laugh when it fits, and move at a pace that feels safe and real. There's room for reflection, curiosity, and the kinds of conversations that feel easier to have with yourself at midnight than in the middle of the day.

I live and recharge right here on Long Island, where my own survival guide is pretty straightforward. Outside of the therapy room I’m leaning into what keeps me human: my family, my friends, and my cat LuckyI survive on caffeine, music and binge-worthy shows and occasionally reality trash tv coupled with celebrity gossip.

If you're looking for a therapist who can hold space for the heavy things in life, honor your resilience, and meet you with compassion and honesty, Let’s connect. We’ll find the relief that comes when you’re no longer navigating the heavy stuff alone. I lead with clinical thinking, but I’ll also help you spot the red flags from the people who make you feel like you're constantly walking on eggshells. We'll spend as much time as you need on the "small" things - because that's where the healing happens - and together, we'll learn to give that baggage back to its rightful owner. You weren't meant to carry it all.

You can stop managing the room. You can just be here.

How I show up for you…

My approach is built on the belief that real healing only starts when you feel safe enough to be your honest, authentic self. Growth, even if messy, can be fun.

01
Unshockable space

Expect a space where you can be vulnerable. A space where you don't have to filter your truth.

02
acceptance

We’ll stop performing "fine" for everyone else and start befriending the parts of you that have been called "too much," because every version of you deserves to be heard.

03
your own intuition

We move at a pace that is finally, honestly yours. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you reconnect with yourself and move forward with more clarity and self-trust.

Therapy with me is not

The blank space:  Therapy with me is real and conversational — not clinical, distant, or overly polished

A place for shrinking yourself: Your humor, depth, and full personality are welcome — nothing needs to be filtered to keep me comfortable.

Toxic Positivity: No pressure to "shake it off" or find the silver lining when things actually suck.

Therapy with me is…

Black Cat Energy: Calm, steady, and real — a space where you don’t have to perform, people-please, or pretend everything is okay

In the Trenches: We sit in the dark together—radical, raw honesty that skips the highlight reel.

Your Internal Compass: Quieting the outside noise so you can finally hear (and trust) your own gut.

the vibe check.

We’re probably a great fit if…

  • You need a "no-filter" home base: You want a warm, unshockable space where your dark humor and unfiltered thoughts aren't "too much"—they’re just the starting point. I’m not here to gasp; I’m here to listen.

  • The "reliable" mask is getting heavy: You’re tired of being the anchor for everyone else. You need a soft landing where you can finally be the messy one, no apologies required.

  • You want the "why" AND the game plan: You’re ready to dig into the roots of your patterns while we simultaneously map out a concrete strategy for your next move. We aren't just venting; we’re actually making progress.

  • You need a low-stakes rehearsal space: You want to practice setting hard boundaries and speaking your truth with me first. It’s a lot easier to do it "for real" once you’ve done it in a room where it’s safe to mess up.

  • You’re allergic to "Live, Laugh, Love" fluff: You want a consistent, real-talk ritual that skips the toxic positivity. We’ll sit in the raw honesty of it all together until you’re ready to trust your own gut again.

You’re the anchor for everyone else, but you’re tired of holding the weight.

This is your "no-filter" home base—the one hour where you never have to have it all together.

We’ll stop the performance and finally let your inner voice come out.

Bring the dark humor and the messy truth; I’ve got the strategy to help you take back your life.

together we will work on…

  • We’ll turn that “staring at the ceiling overthinking everything” feeling into steady, doable action — with tools that actually fit your real life.

  • When everything feels loud, heavy, or too much, we’ll build the kind of grounding that helps you feel steady, clear, and back in control of yourself.

  • We’ll untangle the pressure, self-blame, and mental clutter so you can move through life with more clarity, self-trust, and a lot less second-guessing.

you’ve earned the right to put yourself first.

It’s okay to make yourself the priority this time. This isn't just another appointment on your calendar—it's a weekly ritual where you can finally catch your breath.
