Trauma
trauma isn’t just about big events; it’s about how your body and brain holds onto your past, making it hard to feel safe now.
Trauma often shows up as an invisible weight or a "high alert" feeling in your body that you just can’t seem to switch off. My team and I use a somatic (body-based) approach to help you move past just talking about what happened and actually start feeling safe again. We're here to help you get out of "survival mode" and release that heavy tension so your past finally stops calling the shots.
Grief
when profound loss changes your world, you can’t just “get over it” and you shouldn’t have to.
Losing someone or something you love changes the very landscape of your life, and there is no "correct" way to navigate the path that follows. My team and I provide a steady, compassionate space to process the big, obvious losses and the quiet, invisible ones that others might not always understand. Your loss matters, and while it feels like you're left alone to piece together what remains, we are here to help you carry that weight with grace until you find a sense of peace again.
OCD
obsessive compulsive disorder can make you feel like a prisoner of your own thoughts.
We know that OCD is more than just "being organized"—it’s an invisible cycle of doubt that can make life feel incredibly small. We partner with you using evidence-based tools to help you confront those intrusive loops and regain your sense of control. Together, we’ll work on building a life where you feel steady and secure, without needing to rely on compulsions to get through the day.
ADHD

Support for teens
We offer a relatable, non-judgmental space where teens can get real about their struggles. As a school social worker, I get the modern day stressors our teens on Long Island face. We focus on building genuine confidence and emotional resilience that exists outside of social media and external expectations.
