Therapy for Depression

Depression is more than just feeling sad; it is a persistent sense of heaviness that can make even the smallest tasks feel impossible. If you feel like you are just going through the motions, we are here to help you find your way back to a life that feels lighter.

What we’ll work on

Imagine a life where…

01 the heavy feeling finally lifts

Imagine trading the constant exhaustion and lack of motivation for genuine energy and the desire to fully engage with your life again.

02 the isolation cycle ends

You could finally drop the shame, reconnect with your passions, and let loved ones back into your story without effort.

03 the world is back in color

You could reclaim your natural sense of joy and optimism, seeing a hopeful future instead of endless gray.

It’s been a long time since you have felt like yourself.

You’re going through the motions, but the world feels like it’s on the other side of a thick pane of glass.

Depression isn’t just "being sad"—it’s a heavy, persistent weight that makes even the simplest tasks feel like a marathon. You’ve been numbing out just to get through the day, showing up where you need to be while feeling completely hollow inside. You aren't failing, and you aren't "lazy." You’re just exhausted from fighting a battle that no one else can see.

  • The Persistent Fog: You’re hitting your deadlines and showing up for your life, but everything feels muted. Depression often whispers that you’re a burden or that this empty, heavy feeling is just how things are going to be from now on.

How we support you: We help you strip away the shame. This is a space where you don’t have to "power through." We help you recognize that this fog is a response to what you've been through, not a flaw in your character.

  • The Numbing Effect: You’ve learned to shut down your feelings just to keep moving. This is especially true when depression hits during major life shifts—like postpartum. Instead of the joy everyone told you to expect, you feel a foggy disconnect or a deep sense of guilt that you don't feel "right."

How we support you: We help you navigate the "shoulds" of life and parenthood without judgment. We work together to clear the fog in small, manageable steps so you can actually feel present in your own life again.

  • The Invisible Weight: You’re "toughing it out" because you don’t know what else to do, but you’re running on empty. You’ve lost touch with the things that used to bring you light, and trying to "hustle" your way back to happiness isn't working.

How we support you: We help you untie your worth from your productivity. We collaborate with you to break the cycle of exhaustion and isolation, helping you find a path forward that actually feels possible.

we’re here for you.

We’re here to help you pull yourself out of the depression that’s drained your life of any real meaning or energy.

When you’re in the middle of a depressive episode, life doesn't feel like something you’re living—it feels like a series of obligations you're barely managing. This isn’t a character flaw or a lack of "positivity"; it is a clinical shutdown where your nervous system has simply run out of fuel. We move past the generic advice and focus on a clear, evidence-based strategy to help you regain your footing. By integrating CBT to interrupt the self-defeating loops and DBT to handle the physical numbness and withdrawal, we help you rebuild your capacity at a pace that actually respects your limits. We look at the full picture—your biology, your environment, and the daily friction keeping you stuck—to create a framework that moves you out of the void and back into a life where you can actually be present. You’ve been trying to survive this on your own for long enough; it's time to stop just "getting through" and start using a plan that actually works.

We promise: This is the one hour a week you will actually look forward to.

Here’s what we’ll do together

Together, we will challenge the thoughts that keep you stuck so you can reconnect with a genuine feeling of hope.
