    Many clients appreciate starting in-person to build a strong foundation, then easily switch to virtual sessions when life calls for it.

  • Yes! We understand that mental health support needs to fit into your real life, not the other way around.

    • We offer evening week day appointments during the week to accommodate busy schedules.

    • Jamie offers weekend (Sunday) availability for those who need appointments outside of traditional business hours.
