The only exceptions are when I must act to prevent serious harm, specifically: if you intend to seriously harm yourself or threaten bodily harm to others, or if I suspect abuse of a child, elder, or dependent adult. For my Privacy Policy, I collect personal info (like contact details) and health info (treatment history) and use it only to schedule, bill, and provide your clinical services; I do not sell or trade your data. I use robust security measures to protect your information, and you maintain the right to access, correct, or delete your health information at any time.
